Requirements:

Expertise with Mathematics concepts/topics at school level (ICSE & CBSE)

Experience as a Mathematics teacher at school level (ICSE & CBSE)

Proficiency/fluency in English language (writing, speaking and reading)

1 to 2 years of experience with teaching ICSE and/or CBSE - Mathematics concepts

B.Ed. degree

Freshers with BSc and MSc Mathematics degree are welcome

Acute attention to detail

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Willingness to relocate to Visnagar, Gujarat

Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong work ethic and high work quality standards

Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum

Creating lesson plans that foster conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills

Designing assessments to evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback

Explaining mathematical concepts using real-life applications and interactive methods

Integrating digital tools and technology to enhance classroom instruction

Preparing students for school-level, board-level, and competitive examinations

Encouraging analytical thinking and logical reasoning among students

Identifying and addressing individual learning needs and providing academic support

Maintaining accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and performance

Collaborating with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities and projects

Conducting remedial classes or enrichment programs as needed

Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Participating in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions

Guiding students in math-related competitions, Olympiads, and exhibitions

Staying updated with changes in the CBSE syllabus and pedagogy trends

Encouraging critical thinking and communication skills through discussions and debates

Identifying students who need additional help and providing extra support or remedial lessons

Offering academic and career guidance where necessary

Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports

Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student performance

Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members

Planning work schedules ahead of time in concurrence with team members and other leaders
