Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting offline classroom sessions for Mathematics aligned with CBSE and NCERT syllabi. Your role will involve preparing and updating high-quality content, addressing individual learning needs, assessing student performance, and working closely with various teams for seamless execution. Additionally, you will maintain academic discipline and drive student motivation in class.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct offline classroom sessions for Mathematics aligned with CBSE and NCERT syllabi.
- Prepare and update high-quality content, including practice questions, assignments, and mock tests.
- Address individual learning needs through doubt-clearing sessions and academic support.
- Assess student performance and share actionable feedback for improvement.
- Work closely with content, academic, and center operations teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain academic discipline and drive student motivation in class.

Qualification Required:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience for CBSE and NCERT or other competitive exams.
- Strong knowledge of Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, and Logical Reasoning (for CLAT).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹10,197.18 - ₹42,949.62 per month
