• Provide direct care and support to mothers and newborns in a maternity home setting.
• Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and changing.
• Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to nursing staff.
• Educate new mothers on infant care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
• Document patient observations and interventions accurately.

Requirements

• We're looking for you, if:
• You hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B-Pharma) qualification.
• You possess 2 to 6 years of experience in a relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical support role.
• You have proficiency in medical terminology and procedures related to maternal and infant care.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport.
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• You approach patient care with a proactive and compassionate attitude.
• You have knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines.
