Ensure
compliance with Emerson's processes
, including Business Ethics, International Trade Compliance, and business unit guidelines.
Coordinate with logistics
teams for timely receipt and dispatch of Interco and buyout materials, ensuring LCR/GRN completion and vendor payment tracking.
Maintain
detailed procurement records
to support spend analysis, audits, performance reviews, benchmarking, and scorecard reporting.
Align
procurement strategies
with Global Category Management, leveraging AVL, global agreements, and intercompany sourcing opportunities.
Manage change orders
efficiently, maintaining documentation to support claims and ensuring smooth, amicable supplier recoveries.
Support proposal
teams with pre-bid procurement inputs and engagement during the bidding phase.
Foster strong
stakeholder and supplier relationships
to ensure smooth procurement execution and collaborative problem-solving.
Ensure
accurate and timely management of MIS
and procurement data, generating weekly and monthly reports on supply chain KPIs.
Address
complex procurement challenges
through effective data analysis and performance tracking.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Possess strong procurement management and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, valve industry, Project Based Companies is preferred
Well conversant with Direct/Indirect Taxation, GST and Customs Duty
Good knowledge of Freight Forwarding, CHA Handling, EXIM Docs., Clearances & Local
Transportations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, ERP (Oracle/SAP) tools
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in matrix organization
Flexible to travel as per business needs
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Engineering Graduate in Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
6+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
