Manage Complete operational functions of Stores, Logistics & warehouse.
Get the Raw material requirements from plant and ensure timely availability of the same.
Ensure proper despatch of the material by continuous follow-up with the transporters.
Make assurance of all legal returns and close monitoring.
Keep account of receipt of material under Advance Licence and Annexure-1 and keep records of the same.
To co-ordinate & liaison with Central Excise Officials.
Ensure strict Adherence to Proof of Export and Re-warehouse certificate as per Excise Rules and Regulations.
Ensure Duty payable amount and its utilization accordingly.
Focusing on daily GRN will enable maximum cenvat credit in time.
Close observation of Input clearing Invoices and its proportionate duty Debit.
Maintain ISO related documents presented before external authority at the time of verification / renewal certificate
