Material receiving, inspection, and storage Stock control and inventory accuracy Stock valuation and reconciliation Minimum/maximum stock level control Prevention of material loss, damage, and obsolescence
Tally ERP Skills

Data entry and maintenance in

Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Creating and maintaining stock masters Recording GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) Issue and receipt entries Stock ledger maintenance Generating inventory, stock summary, and valuation reports Reconciliation of physical stock with Tally records
Documentation & Reporting

Preparing material requisitions (MRN) Issue slips, delivery challans, and return notes Monthly and annual stock reports Audit support and documentation Coordination with accounts for inventory reconciliation
Procurement & Coordination

Coordination with purchase and accounts departments Follow-up on pending materials and deliveries Vendor material verification and documentation Supporting purchase planning based on stock status
Warehouse Operations

Store layout planning and space optimization Material identification, labeling, and binning Handling raw materials, spares, consumables, and tools Dispatch and inward/outward control
Safety & Compliance

Safe material handling practices Compliance with company and site safety rules Proper storage of hazardous materials (if applicable) Fire safety and housekeeping (5S)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
