We are looking for a motivated and responsible

Material Purchase & Payment Follow-Up Executive

to manage market purchasing of materials and coordinate payment follow-ups with vendors and suppliers. The role involves regular fieldwork and communication with vendors to ensure smooth material flow and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase required materials from the local market as per company requirements Identify reliable vendors and negotiate prices when needed Follow up with suppliers for pending payments (both phone and in-person visits) Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and payment status Coordinate with accounts and production teams for material planning Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Mechanical Engineering qualification Fresher or 1+ year of experience in purchasing or related field Must have a

two-wheeler and valid driving license

Good communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of mechanical materials is preferred Responsible, honest, and willing to do fieldwork

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
