Job Title: MM (Material Management) Manager - Warehouse

Experience:

8 - 10 Years (Warehouse & Material Management)

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for

warehouse and material management operations

Plan, organize, and control

receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch

of materials Ensure

accurate inventory management

, stock reconciliation, and periodic audits Monitor

inward & outward movement

of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods Implement

FIFO / FEFO

practices and proper material identification & traceability Coordinate with

Procurement, Production, Projects, Finance, and Logistics

teams Control

inventory levels

, reduce excess/obsolete stock, and optimize space utilization Maintain

GRN, Stock Registers, Bin Cards, Issue Slips, and Gate Passes

Ensure compliance with

statutory, safety, and company SOPs

Lead and manage

warehouse staff, supervisors, and storekeepers

Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Support

internal & external audits

and ensure timely closure of observations Handle

material planning

for multiple sites across Tamil Nadu Drive continuous improvement in

warehouse efficiency and cost reduction

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

Material Management & Warehouse Operations

Expertise in

Inventory Control, Stock Reconciliation & Audits

Hands-on experience with

ERP/SAP/MM or any Warehouse Management System

Good understanding of

logistics, transportation & dispatch planning

Leadership, team management, and coordination skills Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate

in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Materials Management, Engineering, or related field Professional certifications in

Supply Chain / Inventory Management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience handling

large warehouses / multi-location operations

Exposure to

manufacturing / project / infrastructure environments

Willingness to

travel across Tamil Nadu locations

Strong control-oriented and process-driven mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
