Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and source HVAC components, materials, and equipment. Review technical specifications to ensure materials meet design and project standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams. Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor material usage. Prepare and update material submittals, purchase requests, and delivery schedules. Conduct quality inspections for received materials and verify compliance with standards. Support project teams with material documentation and technical support. Manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time and cost-effective procurement. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC materials management within construction or MEP projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or procurement software. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and material data sheets.
Preferred Attributes

Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial HVAC installations. Familiarity with ASHRAE and other relevant HVAC standards. Certification in material management or procurement is an advantage.
