Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling & Documentation

Physically check, verify quantity, and unload incoming RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packaging Materials), and R&D consignments. Prepare GRR (Goods Receipt Report) and related documentation. Label all incoming materials (Quarantine, Released, Rejected, Sampled). Maintain daily receipt and pending vehicle reports.

? Storage & Segregation

Store materials in quarantine and arrange for inspection and clearance. Segregate and store rejected materials in designated areas.

Compliance & Record-Keeping

Maintain GMP documentation and follow safety protocols. Keep controlled substance registers (e.g., Methanol, Absolute Alcohol, Acetic Anhydride). Forward GRRs, invoices, and tax forms to relevant departments (Accounts, Excise).

Coordination & Support

Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics for rejected goods return and DTA sales. Assist in loading spent solvents/scrap. Serve as backup for Assistant Officer Warehouse. Perform other duties as assigned by the department in-charge.
