About the Role :

We are looking for a

Material Follow-Up Executive

to join our team at

Samms Tech SPM Automation

. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing/engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Track purchase orders and follow up on pending deliveries. Update management on material status and shortages. Maintain proper documentation and records of materials received. Work closely with the stores and procurement team.

Skills Required :

Good follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word. Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams. Attention to detail and commitment to timelines.

for ease of commute.
