Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders and delivery timelines
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams for material requirements
Update and maintain accurate delivery tracking records
Resolve delays or discrepancies in material deliveries
Prepare regular reports on material status and vendor performance
Maintain documentation related to shipments and material receipt
Support logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely offloading and storage
