1 Preparation of Master Delivery Schedule w.r.t. System
a. Develop a comprehensive material delivery schedule based on project timelines.
b. Align the material requirements with construction phases.
c. Adherence to project milestones and ensue the availability of material without overstocking.
2. Preparation of Procurement Plan
a. Identify material requirements based on project specifications.
b. Liaise with procurement teams to finalize vendor selection.
3. Material code Creation and Updation w.r.t. Project specification and Material Request
a. Standardization of Material Description and create New Material Code.
b. Assign and manage unique material codes for tracking and inventory control.
c. Maintain a database of material specifications for reference.
d. Update material code specification as per changes in technical specifications (TSE - Material Request).
4. Material Submittal - Status Updation
a. Coordinate with site Technical Team & collect Material submittal documents.
b. Review the material submittal comments from consultant, client and update the status in unifier system.
5. Inventory Management
a. Timely Review the MR request and ensure the utilization of available stock from the central warehouse.
b. Coordinate with project teams and ensure the utilization of surplus stock available in the Project inventory.
c. Maintain optimum inventory Levels to prevent overstocking or shortage
6. Material Delivery Follow-Up with Vendors
a. Track material shipments and coordinate with logistics teams.
b. Ensure timely and complete delivery of ordered materials.
c. Resolve delays by proactive follow-ups with vendors and transport agencies.
7 Coordination with site Team 1
a. Effective coordination with Site technical Team, QS & Procurement dept. for the completion of MR on time.
b. Assistance in Preparing MR w.r.t Material Catalogue.

Eligibility Criteria: Education & Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
? Minimum of 3+ years of experience in material planning, procurement, or asset management within the construction industry.
