Role Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to fill the dual role of

Master Trainer cum School Relations Manager

. This pivotal position requires a unique blend of technical expertise in robotics/STEM education, exceptional training capabilities, and strong relationship management skills. The successful candidate will be the primary link between our organization and partner schools, ensuring the smooth execution of our programs and maintaining high standards of internal training for our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:



The role is divided into two core areas:

A. Master Trainer Responsibilities



Curriculum Mastery:

Achieve and maintain deep technical expertise in our entire robotics/STEM curriculum and educational kits.

Trainer Development:

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive

"Train-the-Trainer"

programs for all new and existing field trainers who are deployed to schools.

Skill Enhancement:

Conduct regular refresher and advanced technical workshops to ensure the field trainer team is proficient in the latest methodologies, technologies, and instructional techniques.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and monitor the quality standards for program delivery in schools, conducting periodic audits and providing constructive feedback to improve trainer performance.

Documentation & Resources:

Create high-quality training manuals, lesson plans, instructional videos, and assessment tools for internal trainers.

B. School Relations Manager Responsibilities



Partnership Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for school principals, coordinators, and management to ensure successful long-term partnerships.

Program Planning & Implementation:

Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and smooth deployment of our trainers and educational programs within partner schools.

Issue Resolution:

Proactively address and resolve any concerns, logistical challenges, or feedback received from school authorities regarding program execution or trainer conduct.

Feedback & Improvement:

Collect formal and informal feedback from schools to identify areas for program enhancement and communicate insights back to the curriculum development and management teams.

Relationship Building:

Organize and conduct introductory meetings, workshops, and program review sessions with school stakeholders to maintain strong, positive relations and explore new growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Technical & Educational Foundation



Education:

Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in

Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

,

Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

,

Computer Science

, or a related technical field is

essential

.

Technical Proficiency:

Proven hands-on experience and deep conceptual understanding of

Robotics, Embedded Systems, Coding (e.g., Arduino/Python), and/or STEM education principles.

Experience:

2-3 years

of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably in training, education delivery, or technical project management.

Teaching/Training Experience:

Demonstrated ability to teach complex technical concepts to a diverse audience and effectively train adults(trainers).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills



A

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

or a post-graduate qualification in Training & Development is a

significant plus

. Prior experience in a school relations or client-facing educational role.

Soft Skills & Competencies



Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu to interact professionally with both technical teams and school management.

Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional ability to build rapport, influence, and maintain professional relationships with high-level school officials.

Leadership:

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate a team of trainers.

Problem-Solving:

Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage logistics, schedule conflicts, and quickly resolve school-related issues.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
