Minimum Eligibility Requirement
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a master trainer or curriculum development capacity.

Conduct "train-the-trainer" sessions to equip our team of trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge. Directly lead and facilitate training sessions for a diverse range of learners.
Continuously evaluate and refine our teaching methods to ensure the highest quality of content delivery.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to trainers and project teams.
Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all training content.
Take ownership of training initiatives and provide guidance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
