Role and Responsibility

The Master Trainer will serve as the lead instructor and domain expert, responsible for delivering, structuring, and maintaining the end-to-end quality of the "AI Business Fundamentals for the AI Age" program.

Core Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery:

Lead engaging and practical training sessions covering the 12-module syllabus, translating complex AI/ML/GenAI concepts into strategic business insights.

Content Development:

Continuously update course materials, case studies (Netflix, Tesla, Unilever), and hands-on exercises to reflect the latest trends (e.g., Agentic AI, GenAI tools, global regulations).

Capstone Mentorship:

Guide participants through the final business simulation and capstone project, from AI problem framing to ROI measurement and leadership presentation.

Technical Deep-Dives:

Provide hands-on instruction and practical intuition in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, MLOps, and the various AI stacks (e.g., Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker).

Strategic Integration:

Ensure participants understand how to transition from data-driven to AI-augmented decision-making and measure success using AI Impact Parameters (AIPs) like precision and interpretability.

Ethical Leadership:

Champion responsible AI practices, including teaching concepts of bias mitigation, transparency auditing, and adherence to global regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, Indian DPDP Act).

Guest Speaker Management:

Coordinate and collaborate with domain-specific Guest Speakers to integrate specialized content seamlessly into the main curriculum.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

Master's degree or higher in a quantitative or business-technology field (e.g., Data Science, AI, MBA).

Experience

Minimum

8+ years

in an AI/Data Science-related field, with significant experience in corporate training, consulting, or an academic role. Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-level AI/ML solutions in real-world business scenarios (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or HR).

Key Skills

Strong Technical Fluency:

Python, ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Exceptional Communication:

Superior presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas to a non-technical audience (business leaders/executives).

Business Acumen:

Deep understanding of business functions and how to quantify the value of AI (AI ROI Measurement, Predictive/Prescriptive Analytics).

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt training style to various learning levels and a commitment to continuous learning in the fast-evolving AI landscape.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
