The Master Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs for trainers and employees. This role focuses on building the capacity of training teams, ensuring consistent delivery standards, and monitoring training effectiveness to enhance performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement training modules, manuals, and materials.
Train and mentor new trainers to deliver sessions effectively.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to maintain standardization and quality.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
Identify skill gaps and suggest improvements in training processes or content.
Support trainers in session planning, facilitation techniques, and classroom management.
Coordinate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in training and development.
Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Conduct refresher training sessions for trainers and staff as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in training delivery, instructional design, or as a lead trainer.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others.
Proficient in MS Office and digital training tools (e-learning platforms, LMS, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in curriculum design and adult learning methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certification in training (e.g., TOT, L&D, or similar) is an advantage.
