Key Responsibilities

Conduct 30-hour training sessions for government school and government - aided school teachers per week. Take ownership of training initiatives and provide guidance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.

Skills Required

Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. Strong pedagogical knowledge and a deep understanding of learning principles. Proven project management and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness and ability to travel frequently and extensively across Assam.

Languages:

English/ Hindi/Regional Language.

Contract Details:

Job Type: Freelance

Duration: Till 31st March, 2026

Remuneration: Rs. 1,500 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In Person

Note: This position might require the trainer to travel within Assam for various training projects.

Contract length: 6 months
