Job Summary

The Master Technician at Ramani Volkswagen is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Volkswagen vehicles to the highest technical and quality standards. This role requires experienced automotive professionals only, with strong diagnostic expertise and in-depth knowledge of Volkswagen systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on Volkswagen vehicles Handle complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs Ensure accurate identification of faults using diagnostic tools and software Guide and support technicians and junior staff in repair procedures Ensure repairs are completed within stipulated turnaround time Follow Volkswagen repair procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines Conduct road tests to verify repairs and performance Maintain detailed job cards, technical reports, and service records Coordinate with service advisors for technical clarifications Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Technician / Master Technician Strong knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and diagnostic systems preferred Expertise in engine, transmission, electrical, and electronic systems Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals Leadership and mentoring ability Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
