A master technician is a highly skilled professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex systems and equipment, often in automotive, aviation, or industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics on equipment and systems.

Execute repairs and maintenance tasks with precision.

Supervise and train junior technicians and apprentices.

Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.

Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

10-15 Years in the Electrical Domain1) OEM Certified: BMW ISTA | Mercedes XENTRY | Porsche PIWIS | Audi ODIS | JLR Pathfinder | Ferrari Diagnosis | Lamborghini LARAS2) EV Experience: High Voltage Safety, BMS, Hybrid Platforms3) ECU Programming, OTA Updates, ADAS Calibration4) Bosch KTS | Autel MaxiSys | ProPad 9 | Pathfinder | VCDS & more

Preferred Add-Ons:

1) Worked on Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Bentley, Porsche, AMG, Lexus & more.2) Exposure to Master AI-powered Diagnostic tools 2) Understanding of Cloud ECU Mapping | ADAS v5 | EV Tech3) Knowledge of Cybersecurity protocols in ECU communication.4) Certifications like EV Tech Level 2/3, IMI Certified, or ARAI-approved courses.
