What success looks like in this role:

Leads teams in the delivery of Global Field Operations across the full range of client and Field Services interactions. Manages critical incidents, requests and recurring requests received from the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management system, clients and Field Engineering's team members / stakeholders. Serves as the escalation point for critical or challenging issues. Defines approaches and provides extensive business and/or technical expertise to attain objectives. Initiates process improvements for clients and Global Field Operations application. Prepares, approves and coordinates the implementation of process / ticketing documentation and ensures that all client and Global Field Operations related documentation is correct and up to date. Recommends, develops and conducts training, and orientation for new associates. Ensures proper implementation of new processes and procedures.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required


May require technical certification or Associate Degree


Generally, 7+ years' experience in area of responsibility
