We cater to classes 6-12, preparing students for school boards, competitive examinations, and co-curricular courses. Currently, Vedantu is the leader in the K-12 LIVE tutoring space and has seen significant growth in its user base and revenue over the past year.
Summary of the Role
We invite recent graduates to apply for our Master Teacher Trainee Program, a comprehensive 3-month paid internship aimed at grooming aspiring educators. Selected candidates will learn Vedantu's unique teaching methodologies while honing their skills and gradually transitioning into actual teaching roles.
Key Responsibilities

• Learn and implement Vedantu's teaching methodology.
• Prepare comprehensive explanations for various concepts.
• Conduct and engage in mock lessons to practice teaching strategies.
• Record demo sessions for performance review and improvement.
• Participate in feedback sessions for skill enhancement.
• Explore student learning psychology and effective classroom communication.
• Understand and apply relevant curriculum content.
• Collaborate with mentors and experienced teachers for guidance.
• Begin teaching in real classroom environments gradually.
• Engage actively in the learning process to create educational impact.

Required Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Final-year students or recent graduates from selected universities.
• Strong academic foundation in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in public speaking.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Prior tutoring or mentoring experience.
• Tamil language proficiency.
• Graduates from IITs, NITs, and similar prestigious institutions.
• Comfort in being video-recorded while explaining concepts.
• Genuine interest in becoming a 'Teacher By Choice.'

Compensation and Benefits

• Stipend of ? 30,000 - 33,000 per month during the internship.
