Master Teacher Trainees

for a structured

3-month intensive training program

at our

Bangalore Head Office

. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be deployed across various locations in India as

Master Teachers

.

This role is ideal for

fresh graduates

from

Tier-1 colleges/universities

who are passionate about teaching and building a long-term career in the EdTech space.

Training & Compensation

Training Duration:

3 Months (Bangalore - HO)

Compensation During Training:

?4 LPA (CTC)

Post-Training Compensation:

Up to ?6 LPA (CTC), based on performance

Deployment:

Candidates will be assigned to different Vedantu locations across India after training

Key Responsibilities

Undergo rigorous subject, pedagogy, and teaching-skills training Learn Vedantu's teaching methodology and technology platforms Deliver high-quality academic sessions (online/offline as applicable) Engage and mentor students to achieve academic excellence Participate in academic planning, assessments, and feedback processes Continuously improve teaching effectiveness through evaluations

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Graduates/Postgraduates from

Tier-1 colleges or universities

in India Preferred institutions:

IITs, NITs, IISc, IIITs, and other reputed Tier-1 institutes

Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply Strong academic background in respective subjects Passion for teaching and student engagement

Language Preference

Telugu

and

Tamil

speaking candidates preferred Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages

Skills & Competencies

Excellent subject knowledge Strong communication and presentation skills Willingness to relocate anywhere in India post training Adaptability to a fast-paced learning environment Student-centric approach and problem-solving mindset
