Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, cut, and develop patterns based on designer sketches. Sew, stitch, and finish garments with

luxury-level detailing

. Conduct client fittings and ensure a perfect silhouette. Work with premium fabrics such as silk, lace, wool, leather, and cashmere. Supervise and guide junior tailors and atelier staff. Collaborate with designers to ensure creative vision and technical accuracy. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of garments.

Requirements

5+ years of tailoring experience

(luxury fashion house or bespoke atelier preferred). Expertise in

pattern cutting, hand-sewing, couture finishing

. Strong understanding of luxury fabrics and detailing. Proven portfolio of couture/bespoke garments (men's or women's wear). Ability to handle fittings with HNI/celebrity clients (preferred). Leadership and mentoring skills for managing an atelier team.
