Master Tailor (Menswear & Ethnic Specialist) for Store
Reports to: Operational Incharge / Founder
Profile Summary:
A skilled and experienced men's wear master specializing in suits, bandgalas, sherwanis, tuxedos, and
tailored fits. Must have technical expertise in pattern-making, measurements, and finishing to match firms precision standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take accurate body measurements and develop custom patterns.
- Supervise cutting, stitching, and finishing of garments.
- Ensure perfect fitting and silhouette for every client order.
- Train and oversee junior tailors or karigars as needed.
- Maintain quality control throughout production.
- Adapt designs from reference visuals or custom client requests while retaining brand structure.
Skills & Qualities:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury menswear or designer tailoring.
- Expertise in western and Indian formalwear construction.
- Strong sense of proportion, drape, and detailing.
- Reliable, disciplined, and quality-focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
