Team Lead - Residential Program
Eligibility:
Qualification:
MSW (Master of Social Work)
Gender:
Male
Experience working with
persons with autism / intellectual disabilities
preferred (2 Years)
Leadership and team coordination skills
Compassionate, patient, and community-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise caregivers and support staff
Ensure daily routines, care plans, and safety of residents
Coordinate with therapists, families, and management
Support residents in daily living, social, and community activities
Maintain documentation and follow program protocols
Work Type:
Residential / Live-in position
Food and accommodation provided (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
