Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. Creative Beverage Development:
Design and develop innovative cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks.
Experiment with flavors, ingredients, and presentation styles to enhance guest experience.
2. Menu Planning:
Create and update the beverage menu according to seasons, trends, and customer preferences.
Ensure the balance between classic and contemporary offerings.
3. Quality Control:
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
Oversee preparation standards and hygiene practices at the bar.
4. Training & Supervision:
Train bartenders and bar staff on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
Supervise bar operations to ensure smooth workflow and professional conduct.
5. Inventory & Cost Management:
Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
Monitor beverage costs and wastage to maintain profitability.
6. Guest Engagement:
Interact with guests to recommend drinks and explain unique ingredients or preparation styles.
Create a welcoming and interactive bar experience.
7. Event & Promotion Support:
Curate beverage selections for events, tastings, or promotions.
Collaborate with marketing teams for themed nights and brand tie-ups.
8. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
