Responsible for service delivery for End to End MDM process.
Take ownership for improvement projects to improve service delivery.
Ensures timely response to emails and escalation.
Drive/lead operations calls with eye for details.
Effectively utilizing the capacity of the team based on individual\'s target, Volume Handling, Allocation.
Document all the pain areas \\ issues in the Issue log and ensure timely completion.
Responsible for effective people management.
Identify business impacting areas and drive improvement projects to win over the client satisfaction.
The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization.
Primary Skills
Should possess good knowledge to handle MDM processes, including:
Core Master data Maintenace
O2C Master Maintenance
P2P Master Maintenance
RTR Master Maintenance
MTD, P2F Master Maintenance
SAP/ S4H hands on experience would be an added advantage
Good knowledge on different tools and technologies like Webcollect ,RPA for MDM process or any other tool will be absorbed in to delivery during the run phase
Secondary Skills
Good Reporting skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel & Powerpoint).
Capable of handling process independently.
Admirable presentation skills.
Attention to detail - enabled with sound accounting knowledge.
