Job Description

Monitors the supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks, and provides recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency and manage cost across the supply chain.


Roles & Responsibilities

Develop together with the Regional MD Experts and the COE the global master data governance strategy and roadmap. Establish and maintain governance structures, policies, and procedures. Facilitate alignment and collaboration across regional teams to ensure consistency. Define and implement global standards for master data processes, workflows, and reference data. Ensure commonly agreed definitions and data models are adopted across regions. Monitor and improve Master Data quality to support digital tools, planning systems, and operational excellence. Work closely with Supply Chain teams, Manufacturing, Customer focusing teams as well as system development teams to understand data needs and pain points. Act as a change agent to promote data governance with best practices and continuous improvement. Develop and publish analytical tools and reporting that support the Master Data Governance journey in collaboration with the Business Analytics team. Utilize analytical tools to assess data quality, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on data governance KPIs. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to build data governance awareness. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and adoption.

Desired Candidate

Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Lean or comparable field from a Tier-1 Institute (like IIMs/ IITs/ NITs/ Nittie/ SP Jain, etc.) Minimum 7+ years of experience in master data management, Supply Chain or digital transformation roles. Proven experience in complex manufacturing environments, ideally in the Automotive industry Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, lean manufacturing, and planning. Ability to drive Projects End to End, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of data analytics capabilities Knowledge of SAP, IBP or equivalent planning tools a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Fast learner with adaptability to changing environments. Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives Strong strategic orientation paired with a passion for hands-on mentality Ability to work in an intercultural and international team.
Willingness to constantly learn also complex processes and scenarios
