Zoet Dessert is a premium bakery and cake shop known for creating artisanal desserts, cakes, and baked goods with a perfect blend of creativity, taste, and presentation. We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Master Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our dessert creations to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire dessert production process including cakes, pastries, breads, and specialty sweets.
Design, innovate, and develop new dessert recipes aligned with the brand's identity and customer preferences.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs, bakers, and kitchen staff.
Monitor inventory, manage ingredient procurement, and maintain cost control.
Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (FSSAI compliance).
Coordinate with management to plan seasonal menus, custom orders, and special event offerings.
Manage kitchen schedules, workflow, and daily operations efficiently.
Stay updated with global dessert trends and introduce innovative techniques and flavors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Master Chef/Head Pastry Chef in a bakery, patisserie, or dessert cafe.
Strong knowledge of international desserts, pastries, and baking techniques.
Creativity in recipe development, flavor combinations, and visual presentation.
Leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
Formal culinary education (specialization in Baking & Pastry Arts preferred).

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
