We're shaping how India charges, moves, and transitions to clean mobility - with innovative work across charging infra, OEM partnerships, EV leasing, and connected mobility platforms.We're now looking for a creative, data-driven SEO Specialist to scale our digital presence, drive organic visibility, and build content that positions Massive Mobility as a leader in the EV space.If you love blending content, analytics, SEO strategy, and growth, this role is your playground.Role OverviewAs SEO Specialist, you will research, plan, and optimize organic content in the EV & clean mobility domain, ensure our websites host high-quality, SEO-rich content, and collaborate closely with designers, writers, and developers to amplify Massive Mobility's digital footprint.What You'll Own- Organic Content Strategy: Research topics, trends & keywords in EV/clean mobility, and help create high-quality, SEO-rich content.- On-Page SEO: Optimize blogs, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, readability, and keyword performance.- Technical SEO: Submit sitemaps, run audits, improve site architecture, and ensure search engine compliance.- Off-Page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks, manage article submissions, social bookmarking, affiliates & authority-based link-building.- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, etc., and provide actionable insights.- Competitor Research: Analyse industry players, identify content gaps, and propose improvements.- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with designers, writers & developers to maintain consistent branding and SEO excellence.- Content Distribution: Use social & digital channels to increase reach and drive link-worthy engagement.What We're Looking For- Degree/Diploma in IT, Digital Marketing, Technology, or related fields.- 1+ year of hands-on SEO experience (on-page + off-page).- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools, etc.- Understanding of SEO best practices - technical SEO, metadata, site structure, on-page/off-page optimization.- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest, etc.- Strong written & verbal communication skills.- High ownership mindset - organized, proactive, and independent.- Passion for learning & staying ahead of SEO trends.- Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.Why Join Massive Mobility?- Work in one of India's fastest-growing EV & clean energy sectors.- Define how the brand expands its organic reach and digital influence.- High autonomy + real impact - your SEO strategy will shape how India discovers EV innovation.- A high-energy environment where ideas turn into action fast.
