Role Summary

The Massage Therapist / Sports Masseuse will provide professional sports, Ayurvedic, and reflexology massages to athletes and clients to support recovery, injury prevention, and wellness. The role involves collaborating with physiotherapists and trainers to ensure optimal performance outcomes and client satisfaction.

KRA: Task / Activities

Provide sports, Ayurvedic, and reflexology massages tailored to individual needs.

Assist physiotherapists in recovery and rehabilitation programs.

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the therapy area.

Record treatment sessions and client progress.

Educate clients on post-massage care and muscle recovery techniques.

Ensure client comfort and maintain professionalism at all times.

KPI: Performance Metrics

Client satisfaction and repeat sessions.

Adherence to hygiene and service protocols.

Timely and accurate reporting of client records.

Feedback from physiotherapists and clients.

Improvement in athlete recovery outcomes.

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

Expertise in sports massage, Ayurvedic massage, and foot reflexology.

Basic knowledge of anatomy and muscle recovery.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to customize techniques per client requirement.

Experience working with sportspersons or athletes.

Familiarity with physiotherapy support and rehabilitation methods.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
