Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and professional

Massage Therapist

to join our FitClub team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic and relaxation massages, assisting clients with muscle recovery, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massages such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and relaxation massages. Understand client needs and tailor sessions accordingly to achieve desired results. Educate clients on post-massage stretching, relaxation, and recovery techniques. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the massage and therapy area. Keep accurate client records and note any contraindications or preferences. Work collaboratively with the fitness and wellness teams to ensure a complete client experience. Uphold FitClub's professional image and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field (mandatory). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa, gym, or wellness center preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor with a focus on client comfort and confidentiality. Flexible to work on weekends and peak hours if required.
