Core Responsibilities:

Lead Identification & Research:

Locate potential clients through various channels, including online databases, social media, and legal resources.

Lead Qualification:

Assess the validity of leads based on eligibility criteria for mass tort lawsuits and legal standards.

Communication:

Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other means to explain the mass tort process and eligibility.

Data Management:

Maintain and update lead databases, track lead performance, and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.

Compliance:

Ensure all activities are compliant with legal and ethical guidelines.
