We are seeking a

Digital Marketing & Communications Executive

with a background in

Mass Communication

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital campaigns while also handling content and communication strategies that build and strengthen our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

- Mass Communication with Digital Marketing

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. Manage social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement, analytics). Create compelling written, visual, and video content for campaigns, blogs, and websites. Work with SEO/SEM strategies to optimize digital presence. Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce impactful campaigns. Handle online communications, email marketing, and community engagement. Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for improvements. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and communication channels.

Skills & Requirements:

Requirements and Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Communications. Strong understanding of social media, SEO/SEM and digital trends. Proficiency in tools like Canva/Photoshop, social media scheduling tools, and MS Office. A creative thinker with the ability to adapt tone/style to different audiences. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns at once.
