Role Description As a Mass Communication | Journalism (Intern) with Echoles Show, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in podcast production and content creation. You will work closely with our team of producers and hosts to develop episodes, research topics, and conduct interviews. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, India. Qualifications Current enrollment in a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree program in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field Excellent writing, research, and communication skills A passion for storytelling and the ability to develop unique and engaging content Experience with audio equipment, editing software, or other relevant tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Email marketing, social media, and graphic design experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
