Job Description
We are hiring a enthusiastic & experienced SSC certified TOT passed trainer/mentor for our construction sector training courses. Your primary role would be to to train candidates enrolled for our skill development courses at our various centres in Nashik Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with training centers/training providers to facilitate a good learning environment
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing skill training objectives, mobilization techniques, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
- Take ownership of tasks as assigned to ensure successful implementation & Placement
- Contribute in all phases of the skill development life-cycle as required
- Develop, maintain and keep motivating candidates about placement in particular skill sector and enhance their knowledge about job opportunities
- Experienced in teaching as well as assessment experience
- Proficient in a good practical as well as theory knowledge
- An analytical mind with strong problem solving abilities
