Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Mason

with solid

Facility Management experience

to carry out masonry, block work, plastering, and general civil maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining buildings and facilities to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform masonry works including block work, plastering, tiling, and minor concrete repairs Carry out civil maintenance and repair works within facilities Inspect damaged structures and carry out corrective works Ensure work is completed as per safety and quality standards Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams Maintain tools, materials, and work areas

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in Facility Management

Proven experience as a Mason or Civil Technician Strong knowledge of masonry, plastering, and finishing works Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and safety-conscious

Preferred Skills:

Experience in commercial or residential buildings Basic knowledge of waterproofing and tiling Ability to read basic drawings is an advantage
