We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Mason Faculty

to join our vocational training institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry techniques and construction work, with the ability to train students in both theoretical and practical aspects of the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training sessions in masonry as per the curriculum Instruct students in bricklaying, plastering, tile work, concrete mixing, and basic construction safety Demonstrate hands-on techniques and supervise practical sessions Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations Maintain accurate training records and attendance Guide students in using construction tools and equipment safely and effectively Coordinate with the institute for curriculum updates and training material development Promote discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment Assist in organising industry visits and guest lectures when needed

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass (higher qualification preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in masonry or construction Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle tools, teach safety procedures, and manage a training batch

Passion for teaching and skill development Patience and clarity in delivering instructions Ability to motivate and inspire trainees
