:As a Sr.Executive, you will help Masalabox by managing the community relations function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising management on maximizing business relationships.Responsibilities:- Create, Maintain and Develop Creator/Vendors-business relationships and building long-term relationships with key accounts- Manage Creators/Vendors relationships strategically based on business and marketing objectives.- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate to the senior Management- Obtain and revise account information and complete activities as required.- Collaborate with finance to ensure contract execution and renewal adjustments is time.- Create and maintain plan documents working internally. Ensure both the company and Creators/Vendors adhere to contract terms- Adopt a data-driven approach in the management of your portfolio- Develop and execute best practice in business development and vendor management systems.- Prepare and present periodic reports to update company management- Maintain and update database of Creators/Vendors and their profile by entering, verifying, and backing up data.- Provide recommendations to management on ways to increase Content Portfolio.- Monitor Targeted online influencers and channels to create potential collaborations.- Support community building initiatives by assisting in content and event planning, promotions, execution and reporting.Requirements :- Experience in community role- Excellent knowledge of food- Proficient in English & Hindi - Oral & written.- Ability to think analytically, understand metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.- Someone with proactive approach to work and ability to take full responsibility- Experience in brand and influencer associations- Passion to solve problems in areas of cooking/food.- Strong communication skills to deliver the values of Masalabox.
