Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients (B2B marketing).

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production & design teams.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

Handle product promotions, client meetings, and trade exhibitions.

Create and maintain regular sales and marketing reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented with leadership qualities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
