Ompee Global School is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Martial Arts Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students of various ages and skill levels. The instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive martial arts curriculum that promotes physical fitness, discipline, and self-defense skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a structured martial arts curriculum for students of different age groups and skill levels.
Conduct regular martial arts classes, including warm-ups, drills, techniques, and sparring sessions.
Provide individual and group instruction to enhance students' martial arts skills and techniques.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes respect, discipline, and perseverance.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Organize and oversee martial arts demonstrations, competitions, and belt testing events.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classes and events.
Maintain and manage martial arts equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with other physical education instructors and school staff to integrate martial arts into the overall physical education program.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in martial arts education.
