We are seeking a skilled MarTech Developer with 7-9 years of experience in marketing automation, SMS/email delivery, and platform integrations. This role focuses on building and optimizing communication workflows using Twilio, SendGrid, and Responsys, ensuring efficient and reliable customer engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and migrate email communication workflows using SendGrid, including subaccount setup and configuration.
Integrate Twilio SMS and SendGrid interaction data into enterprise data warehouse solutions.
Configure and maintain Responsys for marketing automation and campaign execution.
Onboard new domains and IPs to the Validity platform, ensuring high inbox deliverability.
Collaborate with the Validity team to monitor, certify, and improve email delivery performance.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for BAU communications (fulfillment, MFA, etc.) across Twilio, SendGrid, and Responsys.
Troubleshoot issues across messaging platforms and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Twilio SMS and SendGrid email development.
Working knowledge of Twilio Verify is preferred.
Proven experience in Responsys marketing automation development.
Familiarity with inbox deliverability best practices and tools like Validity is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple communication platforms and data integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across technical and business teams.
