Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Codignus Technologies' products and services. Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing). Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and branding initiatives. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development. Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, presentations, marketing collaterals). Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights. Organize promotional events, webinars, and product launches. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and media. Report marketing performance and ROI to senior management.

Requirements

Education:

Any degree preferred (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is an advantage). Proven experience (3-6 years) in marketing or a related field, preferably in IT/technology sector. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Leadership qualities with experience in managing a small team (preferred).
