As the Marketplaces Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and optimization of our presence on various online marketplaces. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset will contribute to the success across multiple vertices in the DTC space.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Target, and others.

Create listings and update content using manual edits or flat-file bulk uploads, including additional configuration of variant families, virtual bundles and enhanced content

Apply updates to marketplace store and brand pages using assets created by the Creative Team and monitor alignment

Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to manage product availability and ensure accurate representation on marketplaces.

Track incoming shipments to marketplace fulfillment (FBA and WFS) and ensure attention and visibility of new shipment problems

Monitor stock levels on a SKU-by-SKU basis to ensure maximized in-stock rate and support Supply Chain Team with forecasting and planning data needs

Analyze historical promotions and discounts, execute on implementation and provide reporting on performance, particularly for major sales events such as BFCM and Prime Day.

Order Processing: Monitor and process incoming orders from different marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Customer Service: Address vendor inquiries and concerns from various marketplaces, providing timely and helpful responses.

Open and resolve support cases opened with marketplace platforms in regards to above issues

Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketplace performance, including sales, customer feedback, and key metrics.

Aid in routine data entry of varying performance and historical statistics including sales, inventory levels, ad spend and pricing on a SKU-by-SKU basis

Competitor Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on competitor marketplace strategies, pricing, and promotions.

Conduct research on competitor content, value and pricing and provide recommendations to optimize listings and brand presence

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketplace strategy.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations, staying informed about updates and changes.

Take a leading role in management of account health issues including regulatory compliance infringements, fulfillment SLAs, and adherence to listing policies

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with Amazon Advertising and SEO best practices is a plus.

Proven experience or understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field, preferred
