Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Expert to help drive our online sales and growth. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace Management: Set up and manage product listings, inventory, and pricing across multiple ecommerce platforms.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve sales and revenue.

- Content Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.

- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely updates to prevent overselling or underselling.

- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.

Requirements

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management, preferably in a similar role.

- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.

- Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to Have

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ecommerce platform APIs, data analytics tools, and programming languages like Python or SQL.

- Marketing Experience: Experience with digital marketing, including paid advertising and social media marketing.
