About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Marketplace Reconciliation Specialist
to manage and reconcile transactions across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of payments, commissions, returns, and deductions, maintaining transparent and error-free financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile sales, returns, cancellations, and payments across all marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, etc.).
Verify that all payouts received match the order-wise statements provided by marketplaces.
Identify and investigate discrepancies related to commissions, shipping charges, taxes, or penalties.
Maintain accurate reconciliation reports and share periodic summaries with management.
Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to resolve disputes and raise claims with marketplaces when required.
Track pending settlements and ensure timely follow-up for short payments.
Support monthly closing activities by providing reconciliation summaries.
Assist in GST/tax verification related to marketplace transactions.
Continuously improve reconciliation processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
