Key Responsibilities:
Manage seller accounts across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Create, update, and optimize product listings including images, titles, descriptions, keywords, and pricing
Monitor and analyze sales performance, returns, customer feedback, and inventory levels
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and festive sales
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, dispatch, customer service, etc.) for smooth order fulfillment
Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and ensure account health is in good standing
Handle disputes, returns, and customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor competitors' pricing and marketing strategies
Prepare and present sales and performance reports regularly
Key Skills:
Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of SEO for product listings
Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis
