We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Marketplace Manager

to oversee and manage all our online marketplaces in India. This role requires an individual who can drive sales growth, optimize product listings, and ensure smooth operations across multiple platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance product visibility Oversee inventory management and ensure timely restocking on all platforms Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities Manage promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns on marketplaces Resolve customer complaints, returns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Track and report on advertising performance and marketplace analytics Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, product, etc.) to ensure smooth operations Stay updated with the latest marketplace trends, policies, and regulations
Requirements:

Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platform tools (Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, product optimization, and marketplace advertising Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Skills:

E-commerce platform management (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) SEO and product listing optimization Data analysis and performance reporting Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and project management
Experience:

2-3 years of experience in managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces Experience in a similar role, managing product listings, ads, and promotions is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?651,422.81 - ?2,123,481.28 per year
