Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Optimize product listings with engaging titles, keywords, descriptions, and images to improve search ranking.
Monitor daily sales, returns, ratings, and customer feedback; implement corrective actions when required.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and deals to boost sales and brand visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, logistics, marketing, and finance) for smooth marketplace functioning.
Analyze sales data, category trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and timely resolution of listing or account-related issues.
Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers to improve performance and visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 3+years) in managing e-commerce marketplaces.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask, plan, and execute online sales strategies effectively.
